About our services
Machining under one roof
We have been a machining subcontractor since 1989. We take care of the whole chain, from fixtures and programming to inspection and finishing. We are part of Swemix Group, which also includes FIG Metall and ZAL-produkter.
We have eight Japanese CNC machines from Brother, Fanuc, Mazak and Mori-Seiki. Seven are vertical machining centres for milling and one is a CNC lathe with Y-axis and sub-spindle. Several machines have the same working range, so we can move a job between them at short notice and keep the promised delivery date.
Three of the machines have robot loading, which makes it cost-effective to run larger series, even unmanned. We design fixtures ourselves or together with local partners, and we program in the Edgecam CAM system.

Workflow
How an assignment works
- Drawing and enquiry. You send a drawing or 3D model (PDF, STEP), material and approximate volume.
- Quote. We review the part, choose machine and set-up, and come back with a price.
- Fixture and programming. We produce the fixture and CNC program in Edgecam.
- Production. The part is machined in the most suitable machine, with robot loading when the series makes it cost-effective.
- Inspection. First-off and last-off inspection, continuous checks at the machine with hand-held gauges and on our coordinate measuring machine.
- Finishing and delivery. We arrange surface treatment, blasting and marking if required.
