What data we collect
When you send a quote request through the form, we process the information you provide: name and company, email address, phone number (optional), your message and any attached drawing.
Why we process the data
The data is used to answer your request, provide a quote and, if you place an order, to carry out the assignment. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who has access
Your request is sent by email to our staff through our email service, Microsoft 365. We do not sell or share your data with others for marketing purposes.
How long the data is kept
Your request is kept in our email for as long as it is needed for the business relationship. The website’s log of sent emails is deleted automatically after 14 days. Attached files are not stored on the website; they are forwarded and then deleted.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for tracking, statistics or marketing. Cookies are only used for logging in to the website’s administration.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, to object to the processing and to request restriction. Contact us at info@hestrateknik.se. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
