Eight Japanese CNC machines from Brother, Fanuc, Mazak and Mori-Seiki: seven vertical machining centres and one CNC lathe. Three machines have robot loading.

Several machines with the same working range allow us to move production between them at short notice.

Brother Speedio R650X1
Compact machine with pallet changer, 22 tool positions and 16,000 rpm. The next part is clamped while the machine is cutting.
Brother Speedio X700X1 and X700X1 High Torque
Two machines with a working range of 700 / 400 / 300 mm and an indexing table, one of them with high torque for heavier machining.
Brother TC-S2D-O
Machining centre with an indexing table and the same working range as the X700 machines.
Fanuc Robodrill D21 Adv
Fast machining centre with 24,000 rpm and a robot cell for unmanned series production.
Mazak 430A Smart
Machining centre with 12,000 rpm and the largest table in our machine park, 900 × 430 mm.
Mori-Seiki NL2500 SY/700

Fixture workshop and measuring room
Alongside the CNC machines we have a fixture workshop with manual machines and a measuring room with a coordinate measuring machine. Read about our quality control »

Our machines are fast, but it is our people who make the difference. Operators, programmers and fixture builders with long experience in machining make sure every part is right – from the first drawing to the final delivery.
