A good fixture determines how quickly and reliably a part can be machined. We design fixtures ourselves or together with local partners.
Fixtures for your specific part
Every new part gets a set-up adapted to its geometry, material and batch size. We design the fixture in-house or together with local partners in the Gnosjö region.
In-house fixture workshop
The fixtures are manufactured and adjusted in our own fixture workshop, which means we can make changes quickly when a part is revised. All robot programming is done by our own skilled staff.
Quick changeover between machines
Since several machines share the same set-up, the same fixture can often be used in more than one machine, which gives flexibility in planning.
