Production

Eight Japanese CNC machines

Brother, Fanuc, Mazak and Mori-Seiki: seven machining centres and one CNC lathe. Several machines share the same working range, so we can move production between them for full flexibility.

  • 5-axis machining on a Brother Speedio M300 with turning capability
  • Pallet changer on a Brother Speedio R650X1 with 22 tools
  • Robot cells on three machines, including a Fanuc Robodrill
  • CNC lathe Mori-Seiki NL2500 with Y-axis and sub-spindle, bar up to Ø80 mm

Quality

Inspected quality and high delivery precision

  • Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for checking dimensions and geometry.
  • Height gauges and hand-held gauges such as callipers, thread gauges and micrometers at every machine.
  • Operators stop at deviations. Defects in material or castings are flagged early and corrected before they lead to scrap.
  • Flexible planning. Equivalent machines let us move jobs and keep the promised delivery date.

Measuring room

CMM

Critical dimensions are checked on our own coordinate measuring machine, and operators measure continuously at the machine throughout the series.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about contract manufacturing with us

Which materials do you machine?

We machine aluminium, zinc, brass, copper, steel, stainless steel and plastics, both bar stock and castings.

Can you handle larger series?

Yes. Three of our machining centres have robot loading, which allows us to run larger series efficiently and even unmanned.

Do you make your own fixtures?

Yes. We design fixtures ourselves or together with local partners and have our own fixture workshop with manual machines.

How do you check quality?

We measure on our own coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and with height gauges, thread gauges and micrometers. Deviations in material or castings are flagged early so they can be corrected before they lead to scrap.

Where are you located?

We are located in Hestra in Jönköping County, Sweden, close to Gnosjö and Gislaved.

Have a drawing? We are happy to quote.

Send us your drawing (PDF or STEP), material and quantity, and we will get back to you shortly with a quote!
