CNC turning
Turning on a Mori-Seiki NL2500 SY/700 with Y-axis, sub-spindle and bar feeder. We turn and mill the part in the same machine.
Mori-Seiki NL2500 SY/700
Our CNC lathe takes bar stock up to Ø80 mm, has a maximum swing diameter of Ø366 mm and a turning length of 705 mm.
Y-axis and driven tools
With the Y-axis the machine can mill flat surfaces, slots and off-centre holes. Many parts are therefore finished without having to be moved to a mill.
Sub-spindle
The sub-spindle takes over the part and machines the back side, so the part comes out of the machine finished.
Bar feeder
The short bar feeder automatically feeds new material, which suits series production.

We turn aluminium, brass, copper, zinc, plastics and steel.
